Henry Tharpe graduated from Brookwood high school in 2018 with a 4.0 GPA. In high school he was involved in BETA club, track and cross country, National Honor Society, and readers rally. His senior year, Henry was awarded with the Bronco spirit award. After high school Henry attended Georgia Tech and graduated this past May with highest honors. During college Henry spent two semesters interning for the speaker of the house, David Ralston, in the Georgia State Capitol. This August Henry headed to Emory University to start law school. Henry is grateful for the high quality AP classes offered at Brookwood that allowed him to graduate college in 3 years. He also thanks Brookwood and the community for providing opportunities to allow him to excel In college and in high school. He encourages all high school students to join clubs they are interested in- like readers rally!
